Ed Ethridge

After growing up in the west Texas town of Seminole and accepting God’s call to ministry in 1973, Ed Ethridge moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area to pursue his education at Dallas Baptist University, The Criswell College, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. It was during this time that Ed began his 40-plus years of service in pastoral and itinerant ministries.

With the Lord’s power and leadership, Ed successfully helped the churches he pastored to eliminate debt, complete building and remodeling programs, add staff, and increase their involvement in missions. Bro. Ed was also one of the area pastors that helped give birth to the North Texas Baptist Association, where he served for 14 years as its Director of Missions. He and his wife, Judy, have two children, five grandchildren, and currently reside in Tomball,TX.
